I'm with you and I applaud you for your work here. I usually never ignore users. Rude people just poison a community and they should be pointed out ASAP imo. Such rude and insulting behaviour shouldn't be allowed on any board. Users like that shouldn't be ignored, they should be cautioned or - if that doesn't help - banned for the sake of the community.
