Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Where is Maradino's hideout?

I'm trying to get the stones to end the game.

Apparently Frederick can give you a hint, but he is already dead in my game.

I've searched the desert place in and out and I'm at a loss. I've not invested in Perception at all (silly me), the best I can get is 12 with all the buffs.

Please help!

If I remember correctly its north of where you meet Frederick under a bush.

Oh God. 5 minutes after typing this I finally found it.

Where exactly is this bush?

Go up the north cliff (north from Frederick) and walk along the cliff edge until the weather changes. Once you approach it, the bush will disappear and the character will say "I noticed something!", and a trapdoor will replace the bush.

I cant find frederick, a bush, or a hideout. any one care to elaborate more on where frederick is? I have walked all over the desert area and all i can find are level 14 spiders.


Preferably could some one provide coordinates? Im not even sure if frederick is in the game at this point. I really want to make sure.

Frederic? I found some Frederic in the prison. I let him out, killing the gards - they dont wont that I open the door.... but there is no cliff North of Frederic.

BTW:
I can't go to the Desert the Spiders are to strong. The desert slow me! Is there away to prevent slowing down?

I just want to find maradino's Hideout. I am clueless where to look every answer on the internet tells me frederick is the key. The coordinates to the Hideout would be great too.

Maradino's hideout is to the west of the goblin camp on a hill with some bushes. Just below it is a canyon road where lies injured Frederick.

just found out this entrance might be the right one.
