I got passed the stone guardian thing, but when i walk upstairs i die instantly to lightning bolts.. i dunno what to do.. is it a trap or something i can disarm?

i reread the guy and its the curse of cold.. wth am i suppose to do ..

if your perception is high enough you should be able to spot a series of footprints that you have to follow in order to survive (and if you're interested in the right section of the map, best to know already that you have to use the pyramids to get there)
