Tormented Soul + Any Weapon actually gives 2 dex and 2 str. Not just one :>
With 5 blacksmithing and crafting at level 14, only gave 1 to both.
Hm ok, it definitly has nothing to do with blacksmith, only with crafting. I was either 15 or above when i used my first soul, gave me +2. Guess we found out now. I was also crafting 5.
