These aren't really bugs, but should be addressed.

Out of combat the pathing is fine. In combat your character are idiots. They charge into fire, poison, etc without a second thought. In combat pathing needs to have some sort of warning when you'll cross a surface that will damage you. It get really hard to tell what a surface is sometimes with all the stuff on the ground. I'd suggest turning the little dots a different color when they cross various surfaces. Alternately you could add a UI option to highlight surfaces in combat so you can see the edges clearly.

Second is the LOS. My characters routinely fire arrows and spells into wall in what looks to be a clean LOS. Some spells have the LOS drawn out, but not all projectiles do. When you high light an enemy and the attack would hit something the cursor needs to change. LOS would be trivial for my characters to figure out, but I find myself fighting it often.

Agreed, this is one of the very few annoyances I have with the game. LoS should work for everything, not just a few spells/abilities and we should get some sort of warning when we try to cross over hazardous ground.

In combat you need to manually steer around obstacles. Use SHIFT to appoint waypoints around threats.

What your projectile will hit is already shown (for spells anyway), hover over the target and it will tell you exactly if it will instead hit an earlier target isntead, so I wonder what's your question there...?
