- Bleeding doesn't scale at all, it's always a constant of really low damage.
- Scoundrel abilities cooldowns do not scale with a an increased Scoundrel ability level or Dex at all. All the other abilities have this effect on the skills tied to them.
- The Skill "Trip" does nothing at all, the knockdown attempt isn't even shown on hostiles, however it does work if you use it on another player character.
- The Skill "Cloak and Dagger" does not leave a smokescreen behind at all. It's functionally a weakened "Tactical Retreat" right now.
- The Skill "Phoenix Dive" does not trigger its Fire area of effect damage ticks on both leaping and arriving. It is essentially an overly expensive "Tactical Retreat" at this point.
- The skill "Dagger's Drawn" this skill cost 8 ap and has pretty much the same damage and AP cost as 4 attacks with the negative effect of only proccing your status effects 4 times instead of 8. You also lose out on guerilla bonuses. Am I missing something or is this skill literally worse than useless?
