What's with those party animals coming from the Observatory to the Forbidden Zone? There's a party going on there and we are not allowed access? Seriously though, is this some future content or what?
Discussion in the steam forums seems to indicate nothing linking to that portal via use of the editor except the party animals....unable to find the mega dungeon levels as well from the editor :<
