This has probably been reported elsewhere but search has failed me.

So I killed Deitmar. I understand he's supposed to drop the staff of pergamon. He didn't. I searched the area intensively, without luck. I hope this doesn't break the main plot line.

Do you have a recent save that you can reload and try killing him again?

Missing the staff will not break the main plot line, but will prevent you from finishing that quest (or using it yourself, in the meantime).


Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, any crash dumps, and your saved games. If file size is an issue, you can delete any older saves (probably just need the most recent one before and after the fight).

Might have a save I can go back to, although I'm rather reluctant, winning the battle against Deitmar and his thugs was a close thing, not sure I'd manage it again. I'm already getting frustrated with my lack of combat prowess.

Nope, no recent save. Blast. I suppose I'll have to do without. Is there a console to set plot markers / add plot items?
