I know the issue of level 4 or 5 loot appearing in Heiberheim has been mentioned a few times, but I've run into a similar issue again in the Phantom Forest. I opened a chest and there was what appeared to be some nice stuff in it, but I soon discovered they were all in the level 5-10 range. Is this a known issue that will be addressed soon?
