You probably won't find Walk In Shadows until you unlock the elemental vendors at the End of Time. I believe the Air one sells it. Before you talk to the air elemental vendor though, I'd recommend quicksaving, then quickloading until you get it to show up in his store.


The other one should sell at the respective scoundrel book vendors though. It's all RNG.
