After entering the prison in Hiberheim all chests there only contained level 5 items (I'm level 13).
And now suddenly other chests in Hierheim also only contains level 5 items.
Is it pure coincidence that I have encountered a number of chests that don't level, or have I encountered a game breaking bug?
Are you getting high level stuff from the prison chests?
