Try browsing to the '..\Documents\Larian Studios' folder and renaming the 'Divinity Original Sin' subfolder.
I sent a similar crash log to that email address, however, I play on OS X and do not have access to the Larian crash tool.
Additionally, I followed your steps, but the same issue reoccurs. I moved the Divinity Original Sin folder containing the contents you described to the desktop. I relaunched from Steam, and then CTD.
After this CTD, only the graphicSettings.lsx file and the PlayerProfiles folder were created, whereas Mods and LevelCache were not.
I'll also add that throughout this whole process, ever since the first crash, I receive an alert: "The last time you opened Divinity - Original Sin, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?" As well as a choice to Reopen or Don't reopen. Both choices lead to CTD.
