100% literally the same thing happening to my GF and I.
I've emailed supportdos@larian.com with a report.zip from their support tool. Crossing my fingers they can save us, otherwise we're going to lose a LOT of progress. ALL our quick saves do not work.
I highly suggest you do the same, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I love this game and company!! They can't let me down (right!?)
