It is the same for me as this person. Please fix this soon. We shouldn't have to start from an old saved file, or a new game allover because our saves are being corrupted via patching.
When you say a new patch today, do you mean a second one? I already received one new patch this morning, and it took me from not being able to load my save game at all, to an error code 300, 301 as the others mentioned.
