one of my characters has -13 Reputation (i like to kill Legion guards) and i took the Stench perk on him and now every1 hates him so much they attack him (and in turn my entire party) on sight, and this includes friendly NPC's, feels like this should be a bug, had to load an older savegame to before i took the perk :{

Your stinking mass murderer being treated as an enemy by civilized society rather than a friend? Sounds fine to me.

You'll just have to keep him out of sight and let somebody, who is still tolerated in civil society, perform all civilized interactions.
