I think my major issue with this is that with enough Perception your team automatically finds/avoids traps/fire/lava/poison/etc when traversing long distances under one click, but if they hit ice they "hammertime" and give up on walking to the destination. It should totally be there for running over, but the AI should circle around it the same way as the other elements when you set a far off location to walk to.
