Nobody answered the question about the vent though... How do you get in there without dying? I already did all the rest of the tomb.
You can't enter the vent. The corpse you see at the end of the tomb (the one with the ork horn) is the one who fell through the vent. If you already cleared the tomb there is noting more to do.
