Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues Mac version 1.0.67.0 won't launch

We have observed troubling Steam issues that might look quite like this. Can you

1) Stop steam, exit it and run it again
2) Try the game
3) Turn steam into offline mode
4) Try the game
5) Go to steam properties, Local files, browse Local files, exit Steam
6) Launch the game without steam from Local directory (Finder folder opened in 5)

That's all I can think of now.
