Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Mods Item Drops and Stat Manipulation

I know the file structure, do I recreate the same file structure I.E. add in folders into Data\Public\Main or do I recreate the Main.pak file with the updated files?
