I have 2 bloodstones, what do i do with them?
By "using" the bloodstones in your inventory you upgrade your homestead. In total you need to collect 7 star or blood stones to unlock the respec option. Using blood stones in a quest also upgrades your homestead. Here a list, if you haven't tracked your progress:
1 - Homestead
2 - Hall of Heroes
3 - Inner Chamber
4 - 1. Elemental Portal
5 - Hall of Secrets
6 - 2. Elemental Portal
7 - Hall of Darkness (respec option available)
