Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Chance to Hit

Is there any way to raise my hit chance other than buffs (Bless gives me 3 rounds of 70-80% chance to hit...)

Doesn't seem to matter how much strength I have, my warrior's hit chance is dropping like a stone with each area I move to. Sitting at 40% on most regular enemies now.
