When you are in your inventory, select a henchman or another player should SWITCH to that person's inventory! That is unless its during a fight when you are not supposed to.

You can right-click on a follower (whether second SH, companion or henchman) and open their inventory that way.

You can open multiple inventories at the same time...

The inventory screen has arrows at the top that let you switch between characters, also I think it's limited to the characters you have linked.

Yeah, this is something I actually don't want changed. It works quite well the way it is designed for quickly managing multiple characters' inventories, especially when crafting.

Its counter-intuitive. I am fully aware of arrows that can be used to switch inventories, but it goes against common sense to be able to switch to a different character without switching an already opened inventory to that character's inventory. No other game does that... The arrows should stay, but selecting a different character should switch to that character's inventory.

I know I am not alone in this. Inventory in this game is VERY annoying and frustrating to use. My co-op friend and I have both agreed on that. It doesn't even

I like it the way it is now. Maximum flexibility.
The inventory could use some more sorting options though.

I'd agree with the OP, selecting another character when the inventory panel (or character/skills/talent panel) is open should change the panel. In combat, you should only be able to access the panel of the active character - attempting to select another character there should give some sort of negative feedback (like highlighting the selected character in red or popping up a message).

Not sure I'd rate this as a "must" though - stability and speed improvements would be higher on my list (recent patches have improved things, but game loads take longer than they should).
