well the last boss drops loot.. I'd like to get it and see it .. I wish characters were more persistent too for mod sake... bringing one character from game to game would be awesome.
Well, it would make sense IF there is any mod or expansion which would tie in with the story. But so far there is none so continued playing after the final battle is imo just pointless at the moment...
