He all,

I have this weird problem with the game that sometimes it crashes to desktop when i use the quicksave hotkey. When i restart the game and reload that very same quicksave it boots me to the desktop again. I have this problem on 2 different computers and really dont know what to do. The error.txt file contained this:

Bad Version : instead of PainpointsV0.935 25-02-2002

Anyone able to help me out cause i really like this game but this is getting very annoying

Go into the option menu and re-assign the hot keys for quick save/load; another person found that this made them more stable.

If the game crashes in the middle of saving, it will not have finished copying/creating all of the game data in the save folder. When trying to load, the game has a problem when it tries to access the missing data. Check the number of files in the save game folder and compare it to a working save.
