After the last patch (1.0.74?) I am no longer able to scroll through my hotbars. I cannot use either the original up/down buttons on the hotbar itself or the new hotkeys. When I click on the buttons they animate as being depressed but it does not go to a different hotbar. I am stuck at hotbar 1. I have tried different save games and new games. I have the Steam Version and I have done a verification of my game cache. None of these fixed the problem.
I take it from reading the forums and searching on Google that no one else seems to be having this problem... I haven't had any issues before and I haven't installed any mods of any sort. I am baffled. If I don't get any help I'll probably just try to do a completely new reinstall.
