Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems Unable to open Charms for equipment

Well I am in the wastelands again (3rd time) and would like to use the enhancing items that I've found, but alas when I click on an item that has the charm no pane opens. There are spots available.

Now I know in the old Forum there was a search function, perhaps there is one here also but I do not seem to be able to find it.

So my question is, how do I get the panes to open? It is a pain. The last bits are so PUNNY. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

The charm pane is likely opening off screen. Run the configuration program and increase the resolution, start the game, open a charm pane, move it into the center of the screen and close it. Quit, run the configuration program again and restore the original resolution; now when you re-start, they should open on screen.
If you are already playing at 1024x768, you can edit the config.div file to play at a higher resolution, such as 1280x1024.
