Can you try to remove the following files (make sure to first make a BACKUP of these files):
UILayout.lsb
config.lsx
in ..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin\PlayerProfiles\YOUR_PROFILE_NAME\
And then start the game up.
Let me know how this works out for you; we are still looking into this issue.
