Unfortunately your video card is already in black list table. Any chance you can try with 10.9?

As for file manual edition : Through steam open your game folder/bundle and navigate to Resources directory. There you will see VideoCardBugList.plist. Your bug is called ShadowsLockupBug, change Default value to <true/> - this will enable it by default.

You can toy with this plist in any way. Unfortunately we don't right now have time to look at 10.10 issues, so I will be much obliged if you can figure out whether plist edition helps you in any way.

P.S. Shadow bug is omnipresent, it affects everything. Go to your Documents/Larian Studios directory and find graphical settings XML file there. Find parameter that controls shadows and set it to 0. This should 100% enable you to play if you have shadows bug.

If you will manage to enable ShadowsLockupBug in plist successfully then you can enable shadows as well and everything should be completely fine.
