Summon Wolf and soulsap.

I never found these on my first playthrough and now that im using an all mage party for my second playthrough id like to have these spells.

Unfortunately it's pretty random. You might find that it's worthwhile to pick up crafting so that you can grab the scrolls you need and turn them into books; so far it doesn't seem like blank scrolls are hard to come by. Try hitting level 9 and 10 and checking out the vendor; supply should change when you level.

Other than that, you're kind of at the mercy of the RNG I believe. I know of a few static spellbook drops in Cyseal and environs, but not offhand a static drop for those two. Sorry.

Summon Wolf skillbook is unique and is in the cave underneath the White Witch's cabin.

I bought the soulsap skillbook (can't remember what it's called) from a random vendor. Still too low level to use it, but I bought it in advance.

I found more than one, or at least some summon wolf scrolls, which one can turn into spellbooks.

And unless I am mistaken the soulsap skillbook is misleading as it is called differently. Enfeeble or something, which is almost the same name as the lower skill level book.

I might be wrong on this one though.
