You can either directly buy them or enchant your weapons with Tenebrium (similar to the elemental damage that you find on many weapons), which means your bonus damage will get calculated based on your level in Tenebrium Weapons instead of your weapon skill. Unlike the regular weapons, you will be able to get +1 Tenebrium for your entire party and find a book that gives another +1 to a single char, so your skill with these weapons can be higher than the other weapon types.
