I finally found her but discovered that you need to speak to the fire elemental King Sua in order to release her. I uh.. kind of murdered all of them for giggles.
I guess there's no other way to complete the quest then. Will I be able to move on with the main quest or will I have missed an inert stone? (Assuming they're necessary to finish the game)
