The Quests are bugged as fuck, played trough the Game 3 times and every time some quest can't be completed.
- A source hunter's journey - no Quest
- Frederick's Bloodstone - same for me, i got the Quest, did some other Quest, came back. He dead...

war of the stones - one of the 3-4 Named Guys need to survive the Fight, you can complete the Quest there
- Closing the rift - nothing todo with that. You need to destory the Big BloodStone in North from Lucalla Forest
- The initiation - should be completed by killing loic
