It was the bloodstone in the far north of Luculla forest I needed to destroy. That part through me off as I got the quest for that when I entered the phantom forest, i figured it bugged and wouldn't complete as well.
I am now past it all and will soon be completing the game.
Also as far as those other quest go yeah I did everything, the quest all basically read complete just didn;t leave the log
