Why only 10%, should be 50%?

Probably it shows 10% per lv and not your total.

Tenebrium Weapon uses Tenebrium INSTEAD of appropriate weapon skill - 10% is accurate if this is the case.

You're probably using a Tenebrium weapon, which uses the Tenebrium skill (which is at +1 for you) instead of your normal weapon skill.

Ahh. would be ideal if the tooltip said "From Tenebrium: +10%" though. Small fix needed I guess.

Also bully factors in to your raw damage and the damage bonus is removed if the target isn't a valid target for Bully? Seems odd...
