OK, I've tried the alternate folder and I'm still getting the exact same thing. I don't know if this is an issue or not but when I run the install it seems to finish before the bar is all the way full and the folders "level cache", "player profile" and "temp" and the file "graphicSettings.lsx" that the downloaded file has aren't there.
