For example, when I entered the warehouse in the harbor, it briefly said "Harbor warehouse" on top

Is there a way to bring up the location again in case I missed it?

Not that I know of.

I agree that it is a bit annoying. This should be patched, maybe when you press alt or maybe control the current location could be also be shown.
