Not on three fucking skills per character. That's fucking absurd. The end.
It's working fine for me and I didn't even know what I was doing when I made the characters. It's all about the construction of the party and making sure those three skills and handful of off-skills all complement each other in a meaningful way. Perhaps, if you don't want to spend time figuring this out and need an easier experience where you can have all the skills forever, you can use a cheat utility?
