Maybe because 1) It didn't gain enough popularity?
or 2) They actually asked for permission?
Come on Blizzard can't sue every single thing that copies them, they do pick their battles, I am saying if this MOD becomes popular like DayZ popular it will instantly die, Unless OP, Larian and Blizzard can all come to an agreement which I doubt.
