If you haven't been in there already you should be able to enter, please try it.
I couldn't REENTER after a certain time - maybe it has to do with getting the title deed already. This game still has puzzles for me in store.
Then try the lever combination on my first screenshot.
NW lever down
SE lever down
Middle lever down

NE and SW are up in original position and should stay up.

Title deed is on the small table, drag/drop it into your inventory. And drag/drop the chests one by one into your inventory, teleport yourself out with them if you haven't got lockpick lvl 5, so you can loot the money in there.
