Arma Arcanum - ridiculously overpowered, and unnecessary imo. Magic resistance is already too easy to stack, and turning my warrior's 70% chance to block physical attacks into 70% chance to block ALL SPELLS would be ridiculous. I want to like it, but it just doesn't work imo.
Go for the Throat - I like it. Making big numbers even bigger is satisfying, and it encourages non-rangers to put some points into Perception and/or stack crit chance.
Resolute Technique - worthless on easy and medium, amazing on hard difficulty. Not a fan, since it makes certain spells and effects obsolete.
Macromanager - I like it. Clever and thematically appropriate. I will say, though, that I noticed myself using summons less and less as the game went on. Probably an effect of the difficulty curve.

Durty laundry and Fred Astair are already talents - Stench and Swift Footed, respectively. There's even Five Star Diner to somewhat replicate the effects of Spageti man. Perhaps you can ask a modder to make a version of the game where those talents have the names you prefer (even I might go for the Fred Astaire renaming).

One of the biggest problems I've noticed on my Shield Specialist characters is that status effects such as Stunned prevent blocking. I also believe that spell blocking is something which has a "isn't that cool" feeling to it which can go beyond raw effectiveness and have a generic roleplaying appeal. That said, I also wouldn't want to suggest anything hideous overpowered. So I imagine my question is: what do you think we could do to adjust the talent while still allowing some form of spell blocking into the game? Also, glad to hear you like the other ones, for the most part anyway. Any opinion on the Graven Importance rework?

I suppose the fix I would suggest for Arma Arcanum is --- Arma Arcanum req 5 Shield Skill Increases your chance to resist harmful status effects from spells by half your block chance --- So essentially it would boost your Bodybuilding / Willpower... but only vs spells. I guess for this purpose I wouldn't consider things like Crushing Blow or Battering Ram to be 'spells'.
Graven Importance, seems alright, although it feels like you've got two talents now which are both intended to solve the same blocking problem. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I would reword it simply read "Immune to Petrify and Stun. Instead, of these effects, you will be Slowed."

But both Frozen and Petrified give additional Armour as part of the effect. I'm not trying to drop that Armour. Plus, it just looks more awesome if you're frozen/petrified and still able to move. It gives this cool image of someone who can power through anything.
Changing Arma Arcanum from "You can block spells" to "Half of your Blocking chance applies to Spells as well as Attacks."

I don't think Petrified gives additional armor. If it does, then the tooltip ingame lies to me.

What about this one:
The Root of all Pain - no prereq- Everytime you get tripped, a carrot appears in your inventory
