I just want to say that Divine Divinity is one of the best rpg's I have ever played. I like the game because of the gameplay and how large it is. Graphics is always good but I must say I like how many features there are in it... also how many differn't types of weapons and armour there are. Regardless of some of the small bugs in it I think this game should be rated one of the best rpg's of the year. I'm also very happy to see that anti pirate software was put into this game as well to help try to stop pirating this game. This is the first game I have seen a company actually finally try too do somthing about it.

PS: Love the music as well. Maybe for Divine Divinity 2 we can get drunk in the tavern's instead of just drinking ale and beer like it was water. Put some 3ds max models in there with some intoxicated animations for the PC's and NPC's

cheers

Hi Vixen,

Thank you for the nice words for This is very heartwarming for our team.
I can't comment regarding our future products. All news will be announced on our newspage. And yes, we are busy with new (cool ) things.

@all: we don't reply here very often, but we do read your suggestions

And welcome in our forum.

I have to agree. It reminds me of Quest For Glory I with the freedom to complete which missions you want to. I also like the cross-class set-up. The story in this is far superior to Diablo.

I feel that the classes in meant little because of the ease of cross-classing. Perhaps the classes skills could be improved further (in a sequal (drums fingers on desk anxiously)). Have the initial selection be between one male or one female and provide 5 stat points and 2 skill points for free. Then have a skill tree for each Way, similar to Diablo II, but with all skill trees available. You are welcome to select skills from any Way, but to be powerful, you must first learn the basics. This will encourage people to train in one class, but allows, say, a Warrior to train in low level battle magic or a Wizard to twirl a staff effectively.

My only main gripe with is the unbalanced nature of the game (in terms of skills and monster strengths). I haven't finished the game yet, but hearing that the final bosses can be defeated effortlessly with a Freeze enchantment upset me a little.

well im trying the warrior class now and using some healing spells to heal myself in combat... more like a paladin type.

In my experiance so far ive found that the warrior is harder to play then the mage is... still the game is tuff with mage but warrior is tuffer.. because the mage can hurl long distance spells as if you are profitiant with swords or hammers it is alot harder...but im shure if you are good with a bow you would be fine.. thats just in my experiance though. I use alot more potoins then i do with the warrior.. and also consume more food cuz i run out of potions and glass jars alot to fill my potions from herbs. I've chosen the old sword and buckler style because i want the game to be harder for me.

The game is unbalanced, but that depends on were you go as well. When i first played the game i finnished aleroth and went down that long path and explored everything on the western area of the map were the orcs are.... but after i went strait to the dwarvin inn cuz zan told me too meet him there... but i later found myself fighting really powerful monsters and it was almost im possible.... so i went back near the bridge was near the farmlands and started from there and went down all the way up about only 15% of the width of the map though swaying left to right of the map.

Right now im having troubles defeating those troll kings cuz im only a lvl 14 warrior and i dont have any potions... sigh ill guess ill have to go back to aleroth and buy more potions and flasks.

You obviously play better at ranged combat. I prefer melee. I only pull out ranged combat when I encounter monsters far bigger than me, either Meteor Strike or a crossbow.

it's best to leave the trolls and come back later when you are stronger, otherwise you'll invest to much potions
