I've tried actually talking to Loic after the test by getting contiminated with Rot again because the second time you go back to that room you don't get cured heheh! and the dialogue is the same (that you look healthy and no disease etc..)... I know it's a tremendous task but when writing RPG scripts that's the sort of thing to look out for
