Unfortunately, the last update introduced a Problem with AI Grid, but there is a workaround until this can be fixed. From the link:

The AIgrid is being saved to 'mods/<ModName>/Ai', but should be saved to 'mods/<ModName>/levels/<LevelName>/Ai'. To work around this, after you make changes and save, you need to exit the editor and copy the aigrid.data from where the editor is saving it to its correct location, manually creating the AI folder there. That will eliminate the crash trying to load the level again.
