Okay, here's my radical idea for making Glass Cannon a little less powerful:

1. Starting AP formula changed to Perception + RoundDown(Speed/2)
8 Speed and 5 Perception = 9 Starting AP (not 8)
5 Speed and 8 Perception = 10 Starting AP (not 8)


2. Recovery AP formula changed to 2 + RoundUp(Speed/2)
5 Speed = 5 Recovery AP (not 6)
7 Speed = 6 Recovery AP (not 7)


Overall, this would make pumping Speed and Perception more viable, and give Glass Cannon less to double if Speed isn't boosted (doubling a 2 rather than a 4).
