Found the character without rot, but she can't wield it because requires teneberium ability 1
You could have tenebrium effect by crafting a regular weapon with a bar of tenebrium.....that shouldn't require any tenebrium weapon skill but still do the tenebrium damage you need to take out the blood stone....how do you think I did it?
