I'm working in an unofficial Spanish translation of the game, and sometimes, what NPCs say should be altered according to the gender of the Player Character whom they are speaking to.

For example, many NPCs call the PCs 'Hunters'. Hunter is the same word for a hunter woman or man in English, but not in Spanish. And, by the way, there is the same problem in French, Russian and Polish. I'm not sure with German. What I mean is that since there are official localizations of the game where many sentences are gender-dependent, there must be a way to 'fork' this sentences in two versions: male and female.

Anybody knows what this way is?

I thought that this was precisely the purpose of the folder Data/Localization/Gender/Female, but it is not the case. But I have seen the German version of the file in this folder and it seems to contain what female NPCs say, and most of this sentences are not gender-dependent.
