Did some research on google but as far as I can tell it's just something cut off by the devs rather than an area we're actually supposed to be able to access....unless there's a spell for it somewhere that we don't know about. It's certainly optional if it's even accessible at all. Too bad the game tool we got was gutted of all real usability by larian to the point it's impossible to use. If they ever fix it someone might be able to load the level and scripts in there to see if there's any way to get in.
