If you want to speak to the Spider Queen,
you need pet pal and charisma of at least 5 on one of the mains to trigger additional talk. Approach with that character alone, as if she sees any other character first, she will attack.
If you initiate dialogue successfully, and pass the charisma check, you get a sweet 36k xp!
