Guerrilla does not apply to magic, it only modifies weapon damage.
Bully does not apply to magic, it only modifies weapon damage.
Melee Power Stance does not apply to magic, it only modifies weapon damage.
Ranged Power Stance does not apply to magic, it only modifies weapon damage.
Oath of Destruction does apply to magic, it modifies everything.
Rage does apply to magic, it modifies everything.
Staff of Magus is a spell that uses weapon damage, so it is an exception.
