I'm using F12 from Steam for screenies, but I can't find them...???

When you exit the game Steam will pop up the Screenshots Uploader window, where you can upload, delete or 'show on disk' (middle button on the bottom left). If you Alt Tab out of the game, you can also right click on the Steam task bar icon and select Screenshots.

So is there no way to edit the .ini file (like screenshots=1 or something) so that it drops the .bmp's into your STEAM C: directory? I just prefer them there as they are easy to find and use.

Nope... if you want them somewhere else... use FRAPS.

Steam also uses .jpg. FRAPS does allow .bmp (infact the trial only allows .bmp)
